Lactose and caseinates

All of Lenti’s products are lactose and caseinate free, this product certification was issued in 2004 and is verified annually by the third party agency SGS Italy. The absence of lactose and caseinates in the finished products is made possible by the preparation of brines with ingredients that contain no lactose and caseinates and by the application of the company’s technical specifications for the product, the health and safety manual and the company’s quality control procedures.

Ingredients, production and processing techniques, suppliers, finished products: everything is carefully supervised to avoid every trace of lactose and caseinates, as well as to avoid any cross-contamination. Lenti products are also allergen-free a, as referenced in Annex II of EU Regulation n ° 1169/2011.
